Features
Everything ArrangeDesk does
ArrangeDesk is a quiet place to run each case from first call to service: one list of cases, a shared checklist for each, and a private page that keeps the family informed. Here is everything it does today.
Cases and checklists
- Case list
- The deceased, the family contact, their email, the service date and a status: intake, in progress or completed.
- A checklist per case
- Add the steps each case needs, tick them off as they’re done, and remove what doesn’t apply.
- Open items
- See what’s still open across cases, so nothing waits on one person’s memory.
Families
- Private family page
- Each case has a private page showing the checklist as it’s completed, with your funeral home’s name and phone number. Kept out of search results.
- Email the family
- Send the family their page from your funeral home’s name. Replies come straight to you.
Running the business
- Staff logins
- Add people by email. They sign in with their own email and work in your account; only you can change settings or the team.
- Import from a spreadsheet
- Bring in up to 500 rows at a time from a CSV file. Every row is checked like the form, and nothing is added if one has a problem.
- Export any list
- Download any list as CSV, in the same format the import accepts.
- Search and filters
- Longer lists get a search box and status filters, so you can find a row in seconds.
- No passwords
- Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google.
- Works on a phone
- Every screen works in a phone browser. Nothing to install.
