Families want to know things are moving, without having to call. ArrangeDesk gives every case a private page they can check any time.
What the family sees
Internal notes are never shown, and the page is kept out of search engines.
- The name of their loved one.
- The arrangement checklist, with completed steps ticked.
- Your funeral home’s name, phone number and address.
Sending it
Add the family contact’s email to the case and press “Email the link”. It arrives from your funeral home’s name, and replies come to you. You can also copy the link and text it.
